Climbing in Subirats

Near the Subirats Castle, there is a limestone cliff where sport climbing has been practised for years, thanks to the routes equipped by, among others, the members of the Sant Sadurní Mountain Group (Grup de Muntanya de Sant Sadurní).

The climbing area of Subirats is known for its ideal routes for beginners getting started in this sport; they’re easy and not very long. It’s a place where the ascent is very short and simple, cool on summer afternoons and sunny on winter mornings.
