During the first months of the year, its calçot onion and xató sauce season, coinciding with the harvest of the first peaches. From June, you can taste special dishes featuring Ordal peaches. And in the autumn: mushrooms, artichokes and beans along with poultry are the protagonists of our restaurants’ dishes.
